The Project Manager I manages defined scopes of work on active ground-up projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager. You own your trades end to end — procurement through closeout. That means requisitions, submittals, change orders, trade coordination, and keeping the SPM and Superintendent connected on field constraints and schedule status. This is not a support role. You are accountable for the accuracy and completeness of everything that comes out of your scope — including the work of any APMs under you. You are expected to make decisions within your authority, flag what falls outside it, and close your own action items.
$125,000–$145,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package.
