Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate on-site activities and lead a diverse team of Ryan employees and subcontractors. You will enforce safety programs, manage the project budget, and ensure timely completion.

You will work with foremen, superintendents, and project management across all scopes, owners, and tenants. Responsibilities include developing safety programs, managing subcontractors, tracking CPM schedules, assisting with procurement, and maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and plans; ability to direct project personnel.
• Develop and manage site-specific safety programs per policy.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate field activities.
• Strong meeting management and documentation practices.

Job Description:The Superintendent is responsible for the coordination of the work of all Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite for completion on time and on budget. This position enforces safety programs while managing and training personnel; understands and controlling project budget.
