Job summary

Ryan Companies Inc. seeks a Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple sites, coordinating Ryan employees, subs, and PMs to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will develop and enforce site safety programs, read blueprints, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor field staff, while maintaining strong cross‑functional communication with owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.
• Documentation/file management experience.
• Remain calm under pressure and seek help when needed.
• Strong meeting management and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

## Superintendent - TravelingApply: Atlanta: Full time: Posted Today: R-102169**Job Description:**The Superintendent is responsible for the coordination of the work of all Ryan employees, subcontractors and project management on the jobsite for completion on time and on budget. This position enforces safety programs while managing and training personnel; understands and controlling project budget.
