Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a disciplined Construction Project Manager to lead flooring installation projects at customer sites across the region. You will apply TPM guidelines to plan, schedule, and manage resources while presenting Stonhard products and services to industrial and commercial accounts.

You will collaborate with field teams, ensure safety and quality, manage material and change orders, and complete post-job reports.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related construction project management required.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility.
• Computer literacy required, including experience with Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred (Salesforce).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
• Annual bonus opportunity (rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000
• Annual bonus opportunity (veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000
• Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business Expenses
