Australia-Employment is seeking a Superintendent for a 10 month contract in Frederick, MD, on-site, focusing on ground-up restaurant/retail projects.

We require 4+ years as a general contractor and experience managing $5M–$30M projects, with TI work and site coordination. Procore is a plus; local subcontractor relations are valued while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail/restaurant ground-up and TI projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with field ops to support project growth and team expansion.
• Maintain and track project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project quality and safety.
