Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior General Contractor in New Jersey to lead ground-up restaurant/retail and TI projects with budgets from $5M to $30M. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor relations for a growing field operations team.

Qualifications

4+ years of General Contractor experience.
Experience with new construction and site work as well as TI projects.
Experience overseeing projects ranging from $5M to $30M.
Procore experience is a plus.
Local sub-contractor relations are a plus.
Ability to effectively manage a project schedule and budget.
