Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• GC experience required
• Ability to commute to Frederick, MD

Responsibilities

• Oversee materials, tools, equipment, and labor to complete the project.
• Coordinate all field employees and subcontractor activities.
• Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project.
• Manage the project to meet the required specifications in the allotted time.
• Review and approve all requisitions, field purchase orders, progress payment requests, and other significant reports and documents.
• Responsible for site safety.
• Maintain and build high quality relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Job description

This family-owned, mid-sized general contractor works on a wide range of projects in the Frederick, MD area including interiors, base builds, and both commercial & federal projects. Most projects range between $1M-20M. They have grown immensely over the past 5 years and due to the number of projects starting in the upcoming months, they are looking to add an additional Superintendent to the team who has at least 5 years of experience in the commercial construction space.

• Coordinate all field employees, coordinate all subtractor activities
• Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project
• Manage the project to meet the required specifications in the allotted time
