Teemagroup in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead restaurant construction projects from mobilization through closeout. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a superintendent in commercial construction, with experience in building or renovating full-service restaurants, strong scheduling and coordination skills, and familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam.

About the Role

Our client is an established commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up construction and renovations, with experience across full-service restaurants and other commercial markets. They're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee restaurant construction projects from mobilization through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee restaurant construction schedules, site logistics, and quality control.
• Coordinate trades, inspections, drawings, and project closeout.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain accurate daily reports.
• Communicate with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, quality expectations, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Experience building or renovating full-service restaurants.
• Strong scheduling, trade coordination, and field leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Texas.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
