You will oversee mobilization through completion, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with project teams across markets.

Travel is required; proven experience in QSR or casual dining is preferred, with strong communication, planning, and site operations skills.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Strong ground-up restaurant construction experience.
• Experience with QSR, casual dining or similar restaurant projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, subcontractor management and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

A Texas-based General Contractor specializing in ground-up restaurant construction is looking to add an experienced Traveling Superintendent to their team.

The company has an established project portfolio including Darden Group restaurants and Dave & Buster’s, with a strong pipeline of restaurant projects across the country.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent with strong ground-up restaurant experience who is comfortable traveling and wants to work on high-profile projects.

The Role

• Oversee ground-up restaurant projects from mobilization through completion
