Job summary

Epcon Communities in Columbus, OH is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day residential projects, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will work closely with sales staff and homebuyers to deliver a finished home that meets expectations while coordinating with contractors and trades to keep projects on track. We offer a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in residential construction required.
• Excellent team, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple demands, priorities and projects at one time.
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
