Job summary

Epcon Communities is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day residential construction within budget and on schedule across a community. You will coordinate with contractors, ensure safety and quality, and partner with sales staff to deliver a complete home.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in residential construction, and strong communication and project-management skills. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred, and a track record of
