Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage day-to-day on-site operations for new home construction projects in California, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and quality.

You will ensure houses meet plans with high workmanship, supervise the Superintendent team, and maintain strong relationships with city and state agencies while enforcing OSHA and SWPPS standards.

Qualifications

• College degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years of production homebuilding experience required as a Superintendent or Assistant.
• Experience in site work highly desired.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills with various levels of staff and subcontractors.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle stress effectively and coordinate multiple projects and people efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail, quick thinker, and problem solver.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• OSHA Training
• SWPPS Training
