You'll work directly on-site, acting as the eyes and ears of the Project Manager while ensuring construction excellence from groundbreaking to final walk-through. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• On-site leadership, reporting to the Project Manager
• Act as a primary on-site contact for architects, clients, and subcontractors
• Manage and monitor daily jobsite activities to ensure smooth workflow
• Enforce jobsite safety and quality control standards
• Maintain schedules and timelines with real-time adjustments as needed
• Oversee subcontractor performance and daily coordination
• Track and manage jobsite resources and budget utilization
• Read, interpret, and implement construction plans and specifications
• Document progress and provide consistent updates to the project team
• Proactively address issues and maintain client satisfaction
• Strictly monitor quality of work from subcontractors
• Be a team player

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant residential construction experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-starter and problem-solver with a team-first attitude
• College degree in construction management is a plus
• Only highly motivated individuals need apply
