Job summary

MPI is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction efforts across Office, Retail, Restaurant and Renovations projects in the Nashville area. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on diverse build sites.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, effective communication, and a solid grasp of blueprints and technical documents, with travel as needed and ProCore familiarity to streamline field operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing construction projects across office, retail, restaurant, and renovations.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Experience using ProCore is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
