Job summary

MPI seeks an Assistant Superintendent for Industrial Construction in Dallas, TX to support field operations and project execution. You will assist with site supervision, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and help manage schedules and logistics.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and occasional travel. This is a pathway to a Superintendent role on local projects with ESOP and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting $10M-$100M+ construction projects.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, industrial, or data center construction.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in the field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as projects require.
• AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY.
