Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
• Familiarity with project budgets and scheduling.

• Coordinate with various contractors and vendors.

Must have Commercial Construction experience

Must be computer literate
Must have good verbal & written communication skills
A college degree in a construction related field is a plus
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Must understand project budgets & scheduling
Must have a solid understanding of Building Codes
Must have an understanding of job site safety and best practices
Experience with the following types of projects is a must: Retail Stores Restaurants Ground-up projects Tenant Build-out Churches/Synagogues Event Centers Medical Facilities Metal Buildings/Warehouses
