Job summary

MPI seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, from renovations to ground-up builds valued at $10M+. You will lead field operations and work with Project Managers to drive safety, quality, and schedule.

Travel to project sites across NH and southern MA is required. The role leverages Procore and Bluebeam and offers a stable, growth-oriented environment with a family-owned contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M+.
• Ability to lead both large-scale projects and smaller renovations.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Manage projects ranging from small renovations to complex ground-up developments valued at $10M+.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct daily site planning and oversee project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and ownership teams on project strategy, logistics, and scheduling.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
• Utilize construction technology platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, and mobile field tools.
• Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
