The ideal candidate has a four-year engineering degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of supervisory experience in facility construction, including scheduling and cost control. Valid driver’s license required.

Superintendent Requirements & Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
• Minimum of 8 years supervisory experience in facility construction, including an advanced understanding of scheduling, methods, and cost control
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, technology, methods, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups essential.

Superintendent Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience mentoring apprentices or supporting craft training programs
• Bilingual abilities
• Familiarity with modern construction management software
• Journeyman Plumber is a plus

Superintendent Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise multiple projects or a large construction site, coordinating all craft and field activities
• Lead, mentor, and manage foremen, lead technicians, and craft teams to meet project goals and maintain a culture of safety and craftsmanship
• Oversee site operations, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, clients, and other contractors
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving, interpreting drawings, and recommending construction methods as needed
• Compliance with all safety programs, corporate policies, and housekeeping standards
• Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology experience
• Manage documentation, contracts, and financial aspects to protect company interests and support positive client relationships
