Job summary

MPI, a nationally established construction firm, seeks an experienced supervisor for interior and tenant improvement projects in the Dallas area. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years leading interior builds, strong communication, and the ability to manage field teams nationwide. The role offers competitive pay and benefits including health, dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and per diem.

Job Description
