Job summary

MPI, a national construction firm, seeks an experienced superintendent to oversee interior construction projects across major markets. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency on site.

Open to travel across the country; strong leadership and communication are essential. The position offers a competitive base salary of 110k–135k USD with health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, per diem, and other allowances.

Qualifications

  • Experience overseeing interior construction projects with strong knowledge of this nature.
  • Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience leading projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership for effective coordination with clients and teams.
  • Open to travel across the country as needed
