Job summary

Jacobs in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead daily scheduling and planning on our large-scale construction projects. You will ensure the right materials, equipment and personnel are on site to drive progress, while upholding safety and quality standards across the team.

You'll manage multi-contract project delivery, build strong client relationships, and mentor crew members to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. OSHA 30 certification is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction experience in inspecting large scale building construction projects valued above $1 million
• 4 years’ experience shall be as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Work will require access to secure facilities and employment will be dependent on clearing a background check

The base salary range for this position is $89,440.00 to $114,400.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
