Job summary

Jacobs in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced Inspector based in Albany. You’ll lead daily scheduling and planning on the project site, ensure materials, equipment and people are in place, and oversee safety, health and well-being of the team and the environment.

With 6+ years in building construction trades and at least 4 years as a Construction Inspector, you’ll bring knowledge of site/civil work, pre-design and pre-construction, building systems, contract management and client relations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in building construction trades.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience shall be as a Construction Inspector.
• Experience shall include inspection of site/civil work.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
• OSHA 30 Certification or obtain one within first 30 days of employment.

Here's what you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in building construction trades

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
