Job summary

Vivmark Residential develops, builds, and operates high-quality apartment communities nationwide. As a Superintendent I, you will play a hands-on role in bringing new communities to life while learning the full construction lifecycle from experienced field leaders.

The position requires 1+ years of construction experience on active sites, knowledge of methods, codes, and safety, with OSHA 30 preferred. We offer a robust benefits package and housing discounts for team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day execution of multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
• Manage assigned scopes of work and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Monitor quality, safety, productivity, and schedule performance on site.
• Partner with Superintendents and Project Managers to identify project risks and develop solutions.
• Assist with inspections, RFIs, daily logs, and project documentation.
• Help ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to Vivmark's quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily, commercial, or residential construction.
• Experience working on active construction sites and coordinating field activities.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety practices.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced field environment and work collaboratively with project teams and trade partners.
