Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects, including renovation, expansion and ground‑up work in the IE/OC/LA corridor. The ideal candidate will lead TI and OSHPD‑driven programs, coordinate with tenants, architects and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality in every phase.

You will drive schedules and budgets, monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and report outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role in the Construction industry, with a focus on Healthcare Construction.
• Experience in managing renovation, expansion, and ground‑up construction projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
• Strong familiarity with OSHPD regulations and procedures.
• Experience in managing Commercial Projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues or risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
