Job summary

Michael Page seeks a Senior Superintendent for a major hospital project in Southern California. This 100% on-site role requires leading the field, managing safety and quality, and coordinating delivery.

Requirements include 7+ years in superintendent roles, OSHPD/HCAI experience, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and P6. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management is preferred.

Our client is a leading Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Higher-Education builder based in Southern California. They currently have a large hospital project in the Valley and our looking for a Senior Superintendent to lead the project on site.

Profile

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience


• Strong OSHPD/HCAI experience is required


• Software experience: Procor, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, Microsoft Office


• Bachelor of Construction Management preferred, not required

Job Offer

• Base salary of $160k - $220k, depending on experience


• $650/month vehicle allowance


• Gas card included
