Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven track record managing ground-up or large-scale projects.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management tools.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
