Job summary

LeoForce in Asheville, NC seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee healthcare and commercial construction projects. You will lead field operations on projects valued from $1M to $50M, coordinate subcontractors, partners, and clients, and ensure safety and schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years as a superintendent and strong leadership and site-management skills. We are a legacy builder with a national footprint and a culture centered on commitment and honor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Healthcare or commercial projects experience from $1M to $50M.
• Healthcare project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership and field management skills.
