Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee all on-site activities for assigned projects, coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure timely, high-quality construction. You will lead staff and subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain schedules and budgets on residential or commercial ground-up builds.

The role requires prior lead superintendent experience on ground-up projects, proficiency in Procore, and strong RFI management skills.

Qualifications

• Previous lead superintendent experience on ground‑up projects.
• Ground‑up build experience on projects over $2M.
• Residential or commercial construction experience.
• Procore proficiency and RFI handling.

Responsibilities

• Create project plan along with Project Manager.
• Assist in subcontractor selection and manage selected subcontractors.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are being adhered to on site.
• Create and update 4-week schedules.
• Create RFIs.
• Be the point person on site for quality control and safety.
• Develop progress schedules and documentation.
• Interpersonal management on all on site personnel.
• Lead regular meetings with staff and subcontractors.

Overview

Day to Day

Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year
