Description

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities and teams; managing 3-4 project teams concurrently
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status.
• Ensure effective communication between all project participants.

Profile

• 10-15 years experience in prior Superintendent role(s)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Internal/external management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
