Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Mid Level Superintendent for complex commercial projects in California. You will manage project teams and multiple subcontractors, oversee master schedules and look-aheads, and ensure specs, timelines, quality, safety, and profitability.

Projects are under $50M each, with a focus on commercial TI, science/tech, and healthcare sectors. Strong MS Project/Office and Procore skills plus clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Superintendent at a General Contractor.
• Extensive TI, science/tech, and/or healthcare project experience.
• Procore and MS Project/Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and subcontractors; oversee schedules and logistics.
• Coordinate planning, logistics, and cost control; ensure quality and safety.
• Prepare progress reports and lead job meetings.
• Resolve issues to protect profits on projects under $50M.
