Job summary

Imperium Global is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations for diverse projects in the United States. You will manage field teams and subcontractors from mobilisation to completion, serving as the on-site contact for clients, inspectors and trade partners.

You will drive safety, quality and schedule performance, coordinating with the Project Manager on look-ahead schedules, RFIs and change orders while mentoring foremen and crews to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ superintendent experience with a general contractor or specialty contractor.
• Proven record delivering projects safely, on time, and to high standards.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities on an active job site.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA and company safety standards are met.

My client is a well-established construction contractor with a strong record of delivering high-quality projects for public and private clients. As they keep growing, they’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations and deliver projects safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

The role

In this role, you’ll run the job site day to day, leading field teams and subcontractors from mobilisation through to completion. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership, and you’ll be the key point of contact on site for clients, inspectors and trade partners.
