Costello Construction in Columbia, MD is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site management for large ground-up commercial projects. You will coordinate CPM schedules, safety programs, and field operations from inception to final acceptance.
The role requires strong staff management, a proven safety record, and the ability to work with multiple trades while ensuring quality and timely completion. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

The Superintendent , either alone or in in conjunction witha Senior Superintendent, shall be responsible for overall onsite management of the project from inception to final acceptance, including all onsite planning, organization, and control of the work in the field. In conjunction with the lead Superintendent the Assistant Superintendent (and his/her field staff) shall ensure the timely and accurate completion of work.
