MPI is seeking a Superintendent - Federal/Pentagon to lead day-to-day field operations on Pentagon construction and renovation projects in Arlington, VA. You will manage SCIFs, subcontractors, and site logistics while coordinating field-to-office communication.

You should bring Pentagon experience, OSHA 30, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/Vista is preferred, with Primavera P6 or MS Project a plus.

Qualifications

• Recent Pentagon construction experience within the last 5 years is required.
• Strong understanding of Pentagon operations, security procedures, site logistics, and jobsite complexities.
• Experience with Pentagon renovations, SCIFs, classified spaces, or secure facilities is strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction technology and project management software.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and/or Vista preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Ability to successfully complete required background screening, drug testing, and applicable security/access requirements.
