Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a seasoned Commercial General Superintendent to lead federal construction and aviation projects in the Fort Worth area. You will oversee field operations, manage teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on-site.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in federal construction, FAA/DoD project exposure, and the ability to coordinate with owners and agency representatives. Some travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a superintendent role.
• Experience leading federal construction projects.
• Pass a federal background check.
• Reliable transportation.
• FAA or DoD project experience preferred.
• EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30 or OSHA 10 preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Lead field operations on federal and aviation projects from start to closeout.
• Manage superintendents, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and federal agency representatives.
• Cover projects at other locations now and then, usually for a week at a time when the need comes up.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in a superintendent role.
• Considerable experience as a leader in federal construction.
• The ability to pass a federal background
• Reliable transportation.
• FAA or DoD project experience is strongly preferred.
• EM 385-1-1, OSHA 30, or OSHA 10 qualifications are preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
