Job summary

MPI seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction for data center and mission-critical projects across the United States. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and productivity while coordinating subcontractors and field operations.

You will partner with clients and project teams to ensure alignment with goals, and travel to multiple locations for extended on-site assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven superintendent experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong leadership to drive field teams, coordinate trades, and keep work on schedule.
• Solid understanding of drawings, specifications, scheduling, and field execution.
• Effective communicator able to build relationships with owners, subcontractors, and teams.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and support extended on-site assignments.
