Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent in Beverly Hills, CA to lead luxury ground-up projects, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-end homes on schedule and within budget. The role requires steering multiple moving parts, ensuring safety, and maintaining clear documentation and logs throughout the job.

With 10+ years at a GC on $20M+ luxury projects, you will demonstrate excellent communication and team leadership, while delivering premium finishes.

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on $20M+ ground-up luxury/custom home projects.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to successfully manage teams, and high-end finishes.
