• Participate in progress meetings generating meeting minutes.
• Assist in field inspections.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Assist with design and construction meetings
• Prepare progress reports
• Assist with RFIs, and submittals
• Reviews estimates, negotiates, and processes change orders
• Coordinate project and contract schedules
• Maintain job record files
• Participate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutes
• Assist in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Assist Project Manager with administrative support

Education | Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 15+ years' of related experience
• E-builder experience
• Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
• Excellent oral and written communication skillsMust possess a driver's license

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
