• Drive construction progress through proactive planning, risk management, and issue resolution.

What You’ll Do

• Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site and client protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale construction management, ideally in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or technology infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage fast-track, multi-phase construction environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural coordination, and construction sequencing.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
