Location: Wichita Falls, TX or Haskell, TX – Full-time, On-site

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to join our team delivering cutting‑edge hyperscale data center campuses. What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all on‑site construction activities for hyperscale data center projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations including safety, scheduling, quality, and logistics.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Supervise contractors and trades to maintain adherence to plans, specifications, and standards.
• Drive construction progress through proactive planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site and client protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in large‑scale construction management, ideally in data centers, mission‑critical, industrial, or technology infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage fast‑track, multi‑phase construction environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural coordination, and construction sequencing.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
