Walbridge seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale projects near Columbus, OH, with extensive travel to client sites. You will develop strategies, plans, and budgets, and assemble project teams across multiple trades.
You’ll ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with unions and stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years supervisory experience on commercial/industrial projects over $50M, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 70%+.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale construction projects. This includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle from feasibility to completion, developing project strategies, plans, and budgets, and assembling qualified project teams. The role also involves scheduling, coordinating, and supervising craft employee activities, which may include supervising various trade groups (electricians, boilermakers, and carpenters) in different construction disciplines such as, civil, structural, electrical.
