The Boldt Company is seeking a Project Engineer to join our team and help deliver complex construction projects on time and within budget. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and field operations while learning our approach to safe, high-quality delivery.

This role blends office planning with active site work, requiring collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and building plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with project teams and trade partners.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to spend time both in the office and on construction jobsites.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $66,000 - $85,000 annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position $66,000 - $85,000 annually ; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible fora discretionary bonusand participation in applicable company benefit programs.
