The Boldt Company is seeking graduates and early-career Project Engineers to support our diverse construction projects. You will assist in planning, coordination, and execution across healthcare, industrial, and commercial markets while traveling to project sites as needed.

You will work with project managers, superintendents, and trades to track schedules, budgets, and quality control, developing the technical and leadership skills essential for growth in construction management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with a general contractor.
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, trade partners, and clients.
• Help manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and jobsite documentation.
