Job summary

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor in civil construction.
• Proven experience managing civil projects such as roadway construction, utility installation, drainage systems, or infrastructure improvements.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, sitework, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey data.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple scopes of work.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and commitment to jobsite safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and progress reporting.
