The Plant Superintendent oversees the operation of one or more plants, ensuring health, safety, environmental compliance, and the delivery of aggregate products. Directs day‑to‑day activities including mining, processing, stockpiling, loading, and shipping. Plans, staffs, and supervises the work unit to maintain uninterrupted supply, maximize employee participation, and develop personnel skills for business growth.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of equivalent experience. Preferred: Associates degree. Preferred Field of Study: Production/Industrial Management and/or Business Management.
