Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent in Colorado to lead complex commercial construction projects, focusing on aerospace, SCIF, laboratories, and secure facilities. You will operate with autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced, mentorship-driven environment.

You will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety and schedules, and maintain documentation in Procore. The role emphasizes high-quality craft, strict security standards, and proactive communication with clients

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Prior Superintendent experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, and field documentation.
• Experience with aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, or mission-critical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, and technical projects.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work including labor, materials, equipment, and approvals.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards and project safety requirements.
• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, foremen, and field staff.

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects, with an emphasis on aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, technical, and secure facility work.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, technical TI, and other complex commercial projects.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety/security requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Prior Superintendent experience.
• Experience with aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, mission-critical, healthcare, data center, or technical commercial projects preferred.
• Procore experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation.
• Experience managing T&M work.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
