Job summary

CJR Renewables seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction on a utility-scale renewable energy project. The role begins in Houston, then relocates to the Alamogordo, NM site, supervising daily field activities and coordinating with management, QA/QC, and safety teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field supervision in solar or BESS projects, US work experience, and preferably OSHA 30 certification. Relocation to New Mexico is required after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Prior US work experience required.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Alamogordo NM after onboarding in Houston.

• Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and crews performing electrical installation.
• Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, and safety teams.
• Track progress, resolve field issues, and report on daily/weekly production.
• Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
• Support commissioning and punch-list close-out activities.

CJR Renewables is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction and installation activities on a utility‑scale renewable energy project. The selected candidate will start in the Houston office before relocating to the project site in Alamogordo, NM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical construction activities in the field
• - Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications
• - Manage subcontractors and crews performing electrical installation
• - Coordinate with project management, QA/QC, and safety teams
• - Track progress, resolve field issues, and report on daily/weekly production
• - Enforce OSHA and site‑specific safety requirements
• - Support commissioning and punch‑list close‑out activities

Compensation & Logistics

• Salary budgeted at $130,000 (flexible for strong candidates)
• - Per diem of $120/day, 7 days/week (except during rotation, when CJR covers rotation travel and no hotel is booked)
• - Company truck provided for work‑related use once on site in Alamogordo
