Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent for a utility-scale renewable energy project in the Houston area. You will supervise field crews, subcontractors, and support functions, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance while reporting daily to the General Superintendent.

The role requires 5+ years of supervision in solar or BESS, OSHA 30, and strong leadership and planning skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in utility-scale renewable energy construction (solar or BESS).
• OSHA 30 required (OSHA 10 acceptable for onboarding).
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to read plans and interpret specifications.
• Procore or similar construction management platform experience preferred.
• Ability to travel/relocate to project sites as required (up to 80-100%).

Ensures work is performed safely, on budget, and on schedule, reporting daily to the General Superintendent/Construction Manager.
