Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex construction projects in Atlanta, GA. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and drive safety and schedule adherence while partnering with project teams and clients.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality work safely, on time, and profitably, with opportunities for regional travel and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• 3+ years of field leadership or superintendent experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and coordination skills.
• Experience leading safety initiatives and maintaining a zero-incident mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with owners, project teams, and trade partners.
• Background in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, healthcare, federal, or other complex construction environments.

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a growing team supporting some of the most advanced construction projects in the country, including Mission Critical, Data Center, Industrial Manufacturing, and Advanced Technology facilities.

This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading field operations, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily field operations on complex construction projects

• Experience using construction technology platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools

Travel & Location

Candidates may be based locally or in surrounding markets.
