Marous Brothers Construction in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a highly motivated Superintendent to lead on-site operations for our Building Groups. This role is essential to translating plans into reality, guiding field teams, and delivering projects that positively impact local communities.

Ideal candidates bring a minimum of 10 years in construction with 5 years as a Superintendent, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of safety regulations. Willingness to travel or relocate is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in construction with 5 years in a Superintendent role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Willing to travel or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities and lead field teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and logistics.
• Maintain project schedules, drawings, and documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance.
• Attend project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Drive quality, efficiency, and successful project closeout.
