Project Manager – Marous Brothers Construction

Marous Brothers Construction (MBC) is a leading construction firm in the Midwest. We are looking for a self‑motivated Project Manager to lead schedules, budgets, and teams for a major project on The Ohio State University campus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily project operations, scopes of work, subcontract agreements, material purchase orders, site visits, and team coordination.
  • Create, manage, and communicate all contract documentation to the Owner, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Present updates to stakeholders and drive project success from start to finish.
  • Represent MBC at public functions and maintain relationships with public officials and trade organizations.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
  • 1–3 years of independent project management preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience managing construction projects and proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
